It is the same makeup of Antron Fleece except another company is supplying it.

Go to Project Puppet they have Free Info on how to use Antron Fleece and how to sew it the right way.

Here is the link:

This should answer all your questions!

But im still left wondering if this new stuff is any good, does anyone have a sample yet Shocked, does it hide seams as well as our old antron UndecidedHuh??? well i guess if it doesnt hold a candle to the older stuff, then us puppet makers are going to have to get creative with the fabrics we use icon_lol lol!!!!!
im going to have to get on the blower to our friend kathy i think.

The only difference that I'm aware of is that it is not as thick as the other and there was a slight change in the overall finish of the fabric. I have sold it to many of my customers and they have had np with it. It does hide seams well provided you use the proper stitching. I think you will be satisfied with it.

I also found that it doesn't get as fuzzy as the old stuff upon handling....I like this new feature....since at times you had to shave the old stuff after handling it a bit due to the fuzzies building up.  I have not really noticed a big difference in the old to new except mine and Billy's observations......so go get it and start making some puppets.....lol. Wink

I got my first piece of the new antron a few weeks ago and I have to say that it is much better than any other fabric I've ever worked with.  I never worked with the original antron so I can't compare it with that.  Comparing it with anti-pill fleece the nap of antron is deeper and the luster has more shine and it seems to be heavier.  I have to believe that it will hide seams better than anti-pill fleece and since it's heavier it will wear longer.

I going to get some reticulated foam and make a great puppet.

I've never heard that term before.  I assume by content that it means the telephone. Is that correct? Smiley

You bet, Shawn. The blower is an old 1930s gangster movie reference to the Ameche (also a slang reference dating to when Don Ameche played A. G. Bell in 1939).

As I mentioned Matt a member here at P&S also sells Antron and has a special going on right now. He does ship international. It is good to have several options in case one or the other is out of stock.
