You have read right we are going to have our sock off starting in September....It will be probably the third weekend in September on a Sunday night (because what else do you have to do).  Like last time we have prizes that are related to puppet making supplies thanks to Alfers and Puppet Mart https://www.puppet-mart.com/

The Sock Off was started by someone who I meet (nlace2) through Blog TV and asked me to have a challenge in a contest with using many items found around the house. We were limited to bathroom stuff and a sock for the first one.....we did it live on camera with judges pre-chosen watching on with the spectators talking and watching and picking up some ideas.  After the hour the judges make a decision of the top winner who was Nlace2.  the next one had expanded to 7 people with judges and prizes we all did it live on camera and the judges all made a decision on who were the top two winners thanks to Billy at the time who provided prizes.

Anyways we are thinking of ideas for the next one so look out for the announcement and either join us to challenge yourself or be a spectator or judge.....we have a great time....and that is the main purpose of it is have lots of fun.  It is amazing how different each puppet is even though we all use the same materials and tools.

So come and set up an account and be ready for the night it does take a few days for the confirmation email to come so do it now so you don't forget and unable to join us on the day.  It is free and quick to sign up just like Blog TV and again you don't need a Webcam to watch just a keyboard and a screen.

Here is the link to stickam account become a friend so it is easy to find me when the show is on.

Once again hope to see new and old faces out and have a great time.....we will have a follow up info of times dates and materials....check it out here by Sept 6, 2009. wave

I might take a swing at it this go round............... I don't need the prizes. I would do it just for the fun of it.

I have been trying to find out what is the exact date again and what are the items required of this new sock off. But I can't seem to find it. Daryl told us he would put that on the forum, but I can't find it. Can somebody point me to the right direction please? Thanks.
