Pretty cool!  I checked out his two web sites and they actually have some "slower" videos that explain the process some.

His instructions are really great and come with a side of humor. Smiley  I found it interesting that he uses plain old cheap flour to make his paste.  In fact he does not like any of the commercial mixes.

He actually has a couple books that he has authored.

Thought I should also add that you can purchase the books direct from the author and he'll autograph them!  He admits that they may cost you a bit more but you get them from him direct and he'll answer all your questions.  On this page there is also another book for sale that is a story called "Williams Treasures".  Folks have asked in the past how you get an author to let you do a puppet show based on thier book.  This book sounds like it could be a candidate for that and you would have access to the author direct to ask him if he would be interested in it. Thank you so much Shawn for profiling my video and books!   I am not a puppeteer, but I really appreciate what puppeteers can do after trying to train my own marionette.    It took a good couple hours to get my dragon to moonwalk.   I would like to do more puppets now.   And I can hardly wait to check out this site.  Looks like great things going on.

Welcome Dan to Puppets and Stuff!  I am so glad you decided to join use!

Folks, after I posted the links to Dan's site, I went ahead and ordered "Papier-Mache Monsters" via his site so I could get an autographed version. Wink  I also shot him off a quick email to let him know that we where talking about him. He emailed me back in no time flat!   Pretty cool don't you think.

I am sure you'll all have questions of him but remember he does have two books he has labored over to explain what he does. There is also the videos you can check out and that would cost you nothing.  If your on a tight budget see if your local library has copies of his book or if they may be willing to add them to their collection.
