Hi Friends!
I didn't see any discussion here or on PuppetHub of a very new & exciting Puppet Musical, so I thought I'd start a topic.
John Tartaglia (Original Princeton/Rod in Avenue Q; and created Johnny & The Sprites) is opening his newest blacklight puppet musical "Imaginocean" Off-Broadway at New World Stages.
Previews begin March 17, with an official opening March 31.
Check out the show's official website at

Looks pretty cool. Doesn't appear to be as adult oriented as Avenue Q was.

It's definitely family-oriented..... from how the creative team described it; it's kinda like Wizard of Oz meets Finding Nemo meets an '80s Black Light Party :-D

Thanks so much for sharing this! Watching this has inspired our team to "kick it up a notch". We are going to do a musical for our annual blacklight show this year. We will write the dialog ourselves, but not the music. We will have to use pre-recorded music. It's going to be fun! We are using a pirate type theme, looking for "treasure".
