Flowers the Clown Puppet - Sonny's
«

Hello Puppet loving Friends,
Here is my latest friend I put life into. His name is Flowers the Clown.
He is a foam puppet with a Brazil head. Its such a cute and easy head pattern.
All his clothes are custom and he has 4 sculpted flowers and 2 cast buttons on his body.
He is about 34 inches tall and has scupted teeth and a foam latex tongue.
He's off to New York to make kids laugh,...he cant wait.
Thanks for looking. I'm hoping to finish my latex Mobster soon. Pictures to follow.

What a great Auguste style clown. He's absolutely perfect. Every detail was cleverly thought out. Amazing.

Thank you for the compliments. I love creating puppets from ideas I have in my warped brain.
I'm sorry I'm not on here more, but I really have been busy with trying to find a job and working with disabled Veterans at Hines Hospital, which a great way to thank those who gave their all for our freedom.
Gompie:
I used Apoxy. Its the kind you mix part "A" into part "B" and then it hardens like a rock. Its not too heavy either. It dries and hardens in 24 hours. I also use Sculpey, the lightweight kind, This kind you need to bake for about 15 minutes, but didnt use it on this one. It's another great way to sculpt items you can find or buy.
The eyes are domes I bought from Billy....I do need to order more from him.
Any other question on any of my puppets I will be glad to give you tips and advice.
Puppet Hugs!
Sonny
