OK. I am working on another project, this time the three little pigs.I am doing fine with the pigs but I have no clue how to design the big bad wolf. I want it to open his mouth. I would appreciate any suggestions for the head of the wolf. Can be links to wolf puppets, ideas, tips.
Here is the first pig.

Debbie from Puppet Patterns has some freebies that might work............... just print the patterns. I have all of them that she offers. You might be able to use the fox as a start and alter it accordingly.

I guess I tackled the problem of my wolf pattern. I might make the pattern available for sale when I am finished with the design. The jaws are mobile, in the sense that you can insert a finger in each of them and also in the ears. I still need to add the white fangs so it will be a scary wolf.
above are the cut pieces of the big bad wolf.

I love the idea of making the ears movable. Mr. Wolf is great, Run Piggies, Run!

Thank you Chris and Lisa. The ears are movable and the jaws too. So you need 4 fingers, two for the jaws and two for the ears. For the jaws I used 4 pieces of cloth and I glued some cardboard fangs on cloth and sew on cloth on the upper jaw. I will have to make another wolf and place two rows of teeth one on each jaw.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated as I am new to mobile face puppets.
