When I was a kid we looked to a Belgium serie and Max en Moritz looks like them. Maybe I can find their names...............

Here the knight in a part of the castle... his tower. He still needs a hauberk. Don't want the other knights to laugh with him.

He is great! But isn't a knight a rider and a hauberk a weapon for footmen? (Okay, I do it again. Being geeky, that is. Sorry.)

Hi Rikka, we call it in dutch ' een maliƫnkolder' and looked it up on the net: a hauberk is a tunic made of chain mail. I want to make some kind of skirt.

Okay, I got that confused (Hauberg ( is a montain in Germany so I assumed something different)... Still, midthigh sounds uncomfortable on a horse. But then again- knights where not made to be comfy. You have an idea how to make chainmail?

Do you really think putting a skirt on him is going to keep the other knights from laughing at him.
Looking good!

Hi friends,
while my clown is waiting for clothes I started a new marionette. I wanted to make THE marionette of marionettes: pinocchio. Here some pics after carving.
