we're just finishing our mad rush for this years' Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade - this is our 20th year making specialty character costumes for Macy's. Between us, Randy and I have worked on such puppet productions as the Muppet Show, Sesame Street, several Muppet movies, the Dark Crystal, the Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi ... and Babe (Academy Award for Best Visual Effects).  We're in New York City ... and always looking for interns.

WOW!!!  Thanks for sharing.  I passed on the information to my son who is majoring in children's theatre and puppetry at WVU and needs to find an internship next year.  You guys do AWESOME work!!  Or in the words of Rhino from the movie Bolt "It's beyond awesome, it's BE-AWESOME!"  Thanks for sharing!

Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. Yours is a wonderful puppetry site and I'm having fun looking through your posts, creations and ideas! Puppetry is in our blood. I wish you all A HAPPY TURKEY DAY.
