Does anyone know if the blacklight fleece that One Way Street sells is Antron?  I'm just curious.

I'm not for sure but usually if it is antron it will state that.......... as the listing says " fleece " and priced at $13.00 I would think that it is a regular grade fleece. My Antron is 54" wide where normal polar fleece is 60" wide.

I found a few places. I've searched for these before and found colors like green, yellow, orange and blue. Here are a few places but I will have to keep searching for orange..... I forgot what I did with this information.

I've never tried using a florescent dye on Antron. Has anybody ever seen a puppet made like that?

Something to keep in mind is that by mixing the three primary colours (red, blue, and yellow plus black and white) you can make almost any other colour. Occasionally it won't quite work depending on the dye and material you're working with (Antron fleece reacts strangely to some dyes), but basic colour theory applies to paint as well as dye.

They have a clear spray that floresceses under black light.  Out churches puppet team has used it with some of their non black light puppets and it has worked well for them.  the nice thing is that it doesn't change the color of the original puppet.  I see if I can find out the name of the product they used.

I've actually found a place locally that has florescent yellow fleece...I was just wondering for future reference, if you could dye antron.

I have seen puppets dyed with florescent colors.

The fleece from One Way Street is NOT antron. It is a nice thick fleece, different than the fleece you buy at Joanne's, but definitely NOT antron.

My 2 cents - don't waste money on the spray (it is called "Clear Neon") and try to spray puppets. We bought 2 cans and did not have good results with it (on puppets or anything else).

Someone told me they sprayed their puppets, but we were very unhappy with the way it made the puppets. Not a good fluoresce at all.
