I've never seen this puppeteer or the style of puppetry before. Very nice. I did do a bit of research via Youtube and Google and I think the puppeteer is Hungarian puppeteer Andras Lenart. Here is another video on Youtube.
YouTube VideoThat is where I found the puppeteers name. Then I Googled and although I did not find a website for the puppeteer I did see mention of him on a couple sites.
This first page says it is a style created by him. It is almost a cross between a marionette and a rod puppet.
