Hi i am wanting to know how i would make a similar style head like Nicky's from Avenue Q i have all materials Bar the foam as i am not sure how to go around making the head anyone have any suggestions?

I googled the puppet and it looks to me like you could use www.projectpuppet.com"s rotondo pattern.
