I got a question. What is a ergonomic mouth grip plate? How can you do this? and, Is there any tutorial for this? Could you show me how to do those?

Ergonomic would just be a plate designed to be of the most comfort possible.  A strap to keep your four fingers in as well as some type of support under the fingers.  Also, a comfortable strap, tube or support for your thumb.
