How do you describe puppetry?  (Read 1106 times)

I'm not talking about definitions, but verbs to describe the use of puppets. Ie. play, experiment, etc. I want to collect a list of words that people would typically use when performing/building/teaching.

Thanks all! It's interesting to see the different kinds of ideas we have about puppetry: Abdolos included some musical concepts, which I think is quite unusual, but certainly apt. Smiley

From my perspective, Christian puppetry is done by Christian theatrical performers who use puppets to teach God's Word.

Verbs I would use are: teach, learn, inculcate, demonstrate, show, exemplify, entertain, encourage, etc.
