I think this is a great idea! I am working as the craft and puppetry specialist for a YWCA camp this summer.  I am always on the lookout for new and interesting (and not cheesy) puppetry techniques that I can use in a class setting of 30+ kids. If you could create something like this where a glue gun could be substituted for the sewing machine that would be amazing! Camp starts Monday and I am still in need of some more cool new  puppet projects for the classroom. Sock puppets are my specialty. But last year I did sock, stick, simple felt hand puppets, and bag puppets with them. I want to try shadow puppets this year but a moving mouth puppet would really be great too!

If anyone can volunteer some ideas I have not mentioned (especially an  easy hand puppets technique with moving mouths),  or new twists on old favorites, PLEASE, PLEASE  feel free. Many thanks!-Tiger

your use of color is very good.  Keep those contrasts between the hair and the bodys.  I particularly like the blue one with the orange hair. They are also small and cute. wave
