I'm so glad you posted this!  My dear, dear friend Ken wrote this tune for John.  Ken was his music director for John's gig at Feinstein's, where this was filmed.  That's Ken playing piano. 

Thanks so much!  How random that this little tune Ken played for me while he was writing it to get my feedback, ended up on puppets and stuff!
