I'm trying to make them a bit different than an original characters but it's not easy to stay away from Disney concept, specially - the crab and fish :-(
BTW it looks like in Australia puppetry are more popular than in North America or it only looks like? P5290228   P5290230 P5290231 P5300002 P5300003

Can you explain the mechanism in the arm? I understand from the pics you're using a ball joint (?) and a hinge, but what's the rest of it inside the bicep?

I have the same question as Na. I can't quite figure out how the white pearl bead is holding the arms in.

Beautiful sculpting as always. Smiley

Tomorrow I'm going to make the same joint for another character so I'll take step-by-step photos and explain how it works

I made this joint from what I had at studio in this moment ( sorry for possible English   mistakes  Embarrassed )
It will be a lot of photos wave
For each joint we'll need
 P6040029
4 split pins
2 nuts
1 plastic bead
1 bolt ( its diameter should be the same as hole in the split pin
