This is a pretty interesting article on Sheri Lewis authored by Matt Weinstock. Not everyone agreed with his take on Sheri Lewis and it got some interesting comments from folks includeing her daughter Mallory Lewis.

Thanks.  There is a lamb chop puppet in the cubicle next to mine.  I may borrow it for one of my videos.  Why not, I've already had Charlie McCarthy co star in one.

Interesting slant. Thelast I saw of her was when I was working in transmission of a local TV station in NZ. She appeared in episodes of Gerbert, I think it was, which was a Christian kids show.

I really wasn't too familiar with her growing up. I do remember seeing her as a guest on variety shows in the 70s. But, I did watch her show in the 90s with my first son. We had fun with it. It was good for what it was, an entertaining little 30 minute escape. Kid safe.
