He is talking about Google Plus http://plus.google.com  Actually if you have a Google account then more then likely you already have a link to it in the upper left of the screen if visit Google. It is a bit like FaceBook in that you have a profile and can post and have friends.

Wheels47130 - I have a Google+ profile I have just never done anything with it. Should be able to find me over there under my name. I don't have a profile pic up over there though.

Yes, it's kind of like Facebook but the "Hangouts" are where up to 20 people can video chat together like you are all in one room.

I'm on g+ as well... Sounds like it could be fun!

Guess we need to start exploring G+ more. I know the majority of the google services have Apis so you can tie in with them from your site.

I love G+. I've been using it with my photography for over a year. There seems to be a lot of puppeteers on it.

I agree that is the one thing I always hated about FB is that folks would post a link to a page there and I would not be able to see it. That is why I finally broke down and joined.

I guess I just need to dive in and start doing some stuff over there.

Kingart4  I am adding you to my circle. You are my first!   Still struggling with the whole circle thing. I realize it is a just like friends on FB but the interface works a bit different.

Well I spent a couple hours "Hanging out" over at Google+ today. Even recorded some of it and sent it to YouTube.  It worked out pretty good although it seems to have a few glitches in it. Never was able to add any plugins. Also had it close me down once. Over all though I think I like it. Sorry if I sent a bunch of invites to a couple of you. Trying to get the hang of things. Oh I added the recorded session to the preview page. It is now embedded as the third tab.  Nothing big just a screen cast of the preview area with me jabbering on.  Doubt I'll even leave it on YouTube for long.

I think you are right Chris that we'll need to schedule these much like we used to schedule and post the time and date of BlogTV gatherings.
