Trying to find information on puppet building I am finding a lot of links to websites seem to be long dead. Do you have a website/Facebook page/Instagram/Pinterest that's full of how to's and is actually alive? Please do share. Also I'd be interested in talking with anyone interested in guest posting regular blog articles for our (New Zealand only) Arts and Crafts supplies and community website.

Try the Puppet Makers Workshop group over at FB. https://www.facebook.com/groups/50583854212/?ref=bookmarks  We do have a FP page at https://www.facebook.com/puppetsandstuff/ but I normally only post larger events there. You might find some stuff on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/puppetsandstuff.

We have one puppeteer, Philip, that has connections to New Zealand but now lives in Colombia. He has a Youtube channel that has lots of videos on building. https://www.youtube.com/user/philipstephens007

Thanks for the links. I've seen some of Phillip's videos already. He's really got the kiwi "number 8 wire" style as we call it. Making do with what you have and using ingenuity in bucket loads to get the job done.

Good to see the craft is still alive and well. I guess I wasn't looking in the right places.
