Congrats to our winners, and to those who did not win: please don't feel too bad. It was very exciting watching what everyone came up with, and it's always fun to see different uses for the same objects. It inspires me to see such diversity, and I'm sure whoever else was watching had fun too.

I was wondering what happened to you Billy. Daryl had quite a bit of problems with his connection also and ended up not having any sound for most of the build. Stickam got buggy and was not showing the different small screens in the larger one when I switched.  I could see them but others could not for some reason.

Everyone did a great job on their puppets and should be proud.  It was hard to choose just two. I really wanted to give everyone first prize but figured Billy would have a heart attack.

Again as in the last contest I think what sold it for first place was originality. Jon chose to not use the thumb as a lower jaw but as the nose of the puppet. The hair he found was another factor in making his puppet unique. He had presented it as a the product of the week last Thursday on BlogTv but it did not record right.  I'll let him give the specifics on the product Gompie.

I wanted to give some specifics about the products I used to build the puppet.  For the hair I used a chenile microfiber covered sponge.  You can get this product in white in the household cleaners aisle. Other colors can be found in the automotive departments.  People use them to clean their cars.   For the eyes I used some plastic measuring spoons.  The rest was a yellow dish towel and some Velcro circles for pupils.  If anyone has questions I'll be happy to answer.
