I don't have that particular pattern, but these look very much like the ones I make.  Very simple to make, just remember to draw the pattern on the fabric, sew and then cut.

I use a sewing machine, seems much faster and more secure to me than hand stitching.

I use the project puppet feet patterns for some time now and they all look great. Per Verna Finley patterns I picked up some on Ebay a while back. Whether or not these were actually made by her I have no way of knowing but they look like her style-Steve

I have an old pattern from One Way Street Full-Body People Puppet Pattern large but I don't see it on their web site any more, inside it lists Jo Ann West of Roanoke Texas on the pattern. It is pretty much a wider outline of a foot print, but remember puppets usually have 4 toes not 5. I love this foot pattern they look like chubby baby feet. It has a heal that sticks out behind a little. Instead of sewing inbetween the toes I sewed one long stich in between toes and pulled it tight like you see on cloth dolls. Another pattern I have recommends that you use very tiny straight stiches around fingers and take two horizontal stitches in the pivot point at the bottom of the finger instead of just a straight pivot, that helps fabric not bunch up in that tight spot. I also found out that if your fabric has too much stretch your fingers or toes may look deformed as they will stretch too much when you stuff them. I don't cut around fingers or toes until after I stitch them, they often slide a bit when sewing, then trim the fabric very close to stitches with care. My most important sewing tool is the seam ripper, I have had to pull out stitches on many fingers, keep trying, it is possible.
