Also, I may add teeth.  Haven't decided yet.

Angel,
He is just wonderful!!!!!! Awesome job. Love him. I think the pink works well.  If you want to add teeth I'd suggest painting white craft foam with the white wildfiire paints and just adding a thin line on the bottom, like the caricature here http://outoftheboxpuppets.com/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=8.   One thing I discovered is the upper teeth have to be much small than you'd think otherwise he looks kind of goofy.

The eyes in mine only seem set in because I created a brow line.  Your's difinitely looks more like the traditional Elvis.  You did a wonderful job on his cloths that also helps add to the look.  He will be a smash hit!

The elvis glasses came from Party City.  Personally I like him better without the glasses.  In all my research on elvis, he really isn't show very much in those trademark glasses.

I'm so excited for you.  The parade is goning to be a great success.

Thanks Julie.   My friend bought an Elvis Halloween costume so I didn't have to make his clothes! Easy!

Love the Elvis puppets!  Great work!  Here's one I made for my mom's birthday in June to add to the collection of Elvi: Message Image

Angel, I assume the costume glows?  I'd imagine that the sequins probably turn black.  If you want to add some BL sequins try http://www.sequinsdirect.com/

Jeezbo, Thanks.  Hopefully my client will send the photo along with the body costume.  They were going to make the costume themselves.  The dyes are from www.dharmatrading.com.  Dharma Acid Dyes, Flo Fushia and Flo yellow.

ArthurS,
He is great as well.  I just love it, so many different styles.

I just had an awesome idea.  We (P&S Family)should pick an iconic character, set a time frame (3-4 months maybe, we are swamped) and all build the same character with our own styles.  Anyone game?

I like the hound dog eyes Julie, there is no doubt he is Elvis.  Funny I was thinking of making an Elvis puppet for my boss for Christmas and I have been researching his pictures. Hope the parade goes well.

Julie, I was thinking that too!

It looks like we all love Elvis to some degree or other.
