Dylon's website say that it cannot be used on Nylon which is what Antron is made from.

This site will ship internationally. http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/9236231-AA.shtml?lnav=dyes.html. This is the type we use.  They also carry a Jacquard brand acid dye as well for nylon.  These dyes are powdered and require the additions of white vinegar or powdered citric acid during the dying process.  I like the citric acid better, use less and works faster to acheive deeper or brighter colors.  They sell the citric acid as well.  Remember to downlaod the dyeing instructions as well.  You can use it for hand dyeing or machine dyeing.

Jeroen,

I urge you to head to your local fabric store and ask them about dyeing fabric.  The dye that Julie has pointed you is an acid dye process. For the beginner and even often the advanced dyer these can be touchy.  It does look like this brand has tried to simplify the process but I really think it would help if you could talk to someone in your own language about the process.  In fact I would even suggest this for someone here in the states.

There is a color chart at the bottom of the page Julie linked to. Maybe 420 or 442. I am basing that more on the names of the colors then just the color on the screen. Have the feeling those visible colors are really not true.  The site she linked to is just for the dye not the Antron.

I agree with Shawn. I'm sorry I didn't think about this being your first dyeing experience.  My experience with all dyes is they never come out the color you think they will be especially basing it only the monitor colors.  You need several basic colors and need to test dye a lot.  I don't mean to discourage you, but Shawn is correct, a local fabric store might be able to help  you with some local dyes to try.

Yes, we do ship to the Netherlands, 2 yds of Antron will cost about $38-42USD for shipping and you will also be responsible for additional customs fees to your local postal system before final delivery.  Those fees vary by country, so you should check with your local postal system.

I believe we have a few other customers in the Netherlands.  I will see if I can contact them for more local information for you.

We don't have Antron in the Netherlands,so i can't speak with someone from a craftstore about this.

Good new!  With a little more digging I found this.  http://www.dylon.co.uk/product.php?alias=industrial-products&products=product-info&alias-product=multi-purpose-dye-500g

Dylon has a permanent dye and a multi purpose dye.  The Multi Purpose dye work on Nylon.

This is another good website to learn about dyeing..http://www.dylon.co.uk/product.php?alias=industrial-products&products=product-info&alias-product=multi-purpose-dye-500g

As far as the exact color of Walter's skin, you will just need to order a few colors and mix until you get the shade you are looking for.
