The version on the right is the same model sized to fit my head - a base for a costume.

That does it, I need a 3D printer.  Granted...need to learn how to model things first.

There was a small error in the lower jaw - I fixed that after the print was finished.

Nice work Tioh! What 3D program do you use to make the model?

These were made with an old version of Lightwave Modeler - it did the job, but there are better programs for modeling organic looking structures. I think I'll switch to Sculptris (http://pixologic.com/sculptris/).

This the second 3d-print of my wolf puppet head. The first print was a little bit to small. Sculpted in Lightwave Modeler  and printed in PLA on a Makerbot 1 dual in about 8 hours. The parts were glued together with Plaast and MagicPlastic. The inside of the mouth and the ears are made of felt and wonderflex. The eyes are ping pong balls.

I sanded the eyelids, because I want to paint them.

Is there something on the nose, like paint or something? Or is that just reflection off the camera?
