Puppets looking good. A bit untidy around the mouths but its not uncommon to see. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Unless its by design, the eye pupils are a tad small to me and make them look like they're high...

And they seem to lack necks! Its head then straight to the shoulders, unless the presence of a puppeteer's hand will give it a noticable neck?

Otherwise, I quite like the little guys, especially the chap in the hat - blues player or gangster, who knows!

Keep up the good work and good luck with the kickstart

Gangster, hah. Oh, they are meant to look high. They have necks. I  couldn't really decided how to design the necks and I need the heads to be removeable from bodies, as there is a lot of head switching in the film. So they have foot long necks of material, like a sleeve, that the controllers arm goes in. It looks like a neck when you are moving the mouth and stuff. Not sure if it was the best thing to do, but it works!

I like them, so why are you switching heads with high puppets, won't they get confused?  We liked to have identical puppets in different costumes for shockingly fast costume changes, catches them off guard.  I like the rough edges, did you sew them by hand?  When they are too straight and perfect they don't look "real".  Will they get some tongues so they can talk?
