New comedy-drama with puppets as main protagonists! Posted by Selective Listening on Jan 07, 2016
Hi!
I hope you are all well. I wanted to say hello and let you all know about 'Selective Listening', a comedy-drama feature film about an optimistic guy with a history of schizophrenia who hears voices and portrays them through his childhood toys. The puppets were designed and made by the filmmakers and, even though they are not as wonderful as some of the puppets I have read about here, they have received praised by viewers who found them funny and, at times, a bit spooky...
I thought that since you are all puppet makers and fans, you might be interested in finding out about the film (which is rated 15, by the way).
Here is the film trailer:
Selective Listening was released on 1st December via Amazon.co.uk and Vimeo On Demand.
You can visit my PuppetsandStuff profile for more info. I hope you find the trailer interesting!
I look forward to reading your comments.
Thank you!
