It's been WAY TOO LONG since I've checked in here at Puppets and Stuff. I hope you'll all have me back.
I've been busy getting back to business here in Singapore. I've been living here in Singapore for almost three years now and building up a good start to puppetry with the international schools and popular children's book stores. I created a new website for my new business name. I don't sell puppets anymore. I am strictly doing shows locally and it keeps me busy enough. Thought I would share my site with others to see how I show what I do here in Singapore. Within the site under links, you can find my link to my facebook fan page where I show my work in progress of shows that I am building. Right now I am working on finishing Strega Nona and getting the rights from the author to be profitable from his story through my shows. It's a daunting task getting rights from all the authors and publishers but I want my business to be legal. Anyways, here is the address to my site. Hope you can come click and view.

Great site Nikole! Very fun.
I bet folks would love to know how you go about getting the permission of the author to use the book as the basis of your puppet shows.

Fantastic to hear from you again! I hope you get the rights, I used to love those books... if only I could get to Singapore to see it
On a slightly technical note: you might want your Facebook link more prominent. Most people assume links will mean links to outside sites (ie. other companies/organisations to which you are affiliated or would like to promote). Instead of having a print/share/favourite link on your homepage, insert a facebook like button. Or add the facebook link to your contact page. The more prominent it is, the more likely people will know it's there and use it.

That's a fantastic idea. I had totally forgotten about link buttons. Thanks for the tip! I'll work on that this weekend.

No probs! I've been working on it myself the last few days for my own site, so it's just one of those things I happened to notice.
