thanks for the great book you are advising me. I have tryed to order the book but there is something wrong when I try to make an account. They ask to enter a state, but over here in Belgium, we don't have that.
I always get the massage that the delevery-adress isn't the same as the billing adress. Meaning: can't order...  :'(
I send them a email and hope I will be able to buy the book.

I can second doc's recommendation of Robert's book.  He was an extraordinary builder and his plans and book are very detailed.  He actually moved back to KC and lived here for many years before he passed on. http://hazelle.org/leroy.html

Trying whole week long to get in touch with the store to solve the problem but I don't get any answer. Can someone help me with this?

I did talk with " Tommy " The Book store Manager for Puppeteers of America and how to solve your solution. He said they were having trouble with online orders and the transfer of monies from one bank to another.
He did suggest that you try another credit card or you could send them your order via snail mail and a bank check or money order.
If this does not work I would be more than  Happy to work out some other method  with you to help you get the book.

Did you create a account with them using your mailing address and a user name and password. This does make the check out process easier.

I might add that the address you have listed with your financial institution ( billing address) must match your mailing address............. for most check out carts to work.
