To make a more feminine body first taper the body a bit to give you puppet a slim waist. You can also add shoulders but be careful to not make them too big or she'll look like a football player. After that if you want her to look womanly you need to add breasts. This is as simple as foam domes to the chest of you puppet. 

Don't worry too much if you have to make adjustments to the foam all you're corrections will be hidden by the fabric you cover the body with.

Take you time and enjoy the process. Your patience and creativity will be rewarded by a wonderful puppet. 

Thanks for sharing the pattern. I couldn't print the full size pattern, so I'm just going to scale it by hand using the head as guidance and draw from observation. I'm doing a female vampire child puppet from a modified Punto pattern(slightly rounder head) from Project Puppet. So this body would be great.
