Wooo Hooo.... We have a Star in our midst! Nice news piece they did on you. I love the old sewing machine you have.

Wow. that is so awesome that you got an interview with the news. You built a lot of very nice looking puppets and I love your old husquavarna. It was also nice to put a face to your name.

Thank you people!
This husquavarna is from my grandmother. I think its about 40-45 years old. And it works fine. The news is about 1.20 minute. That should be good in the main news.

Stonemask
Great job, you sounded very confident! I like your puppets too.

I was hoping you would post that, StoneMask! It was cool to see you on TV. Thanks for sharing the link.
About the "sleeve" piece on the alternate body pattern: It attaches onto the lower edge of the completed fabric body pattern piece. It serves as a facing of sorts to make the bottom edge of the body look more professional in appearance. It would wrap inside the body and be tacked inside. (That's how I understand it. Although I've sewn it up once, it has yet to be incorporated into a puppet.) If this fails to work for you or doesn't make sense than I would drop a note to Pasha and ask the same question of him. When I complete one of these I'll post it, but it may be awhile before I do. I have a lot on my plate right now.
Thanks to all who voted for Dr. Dark! Kanja, I'd vote for Gimbul if I didn't vote for myself. I like him a lot! The insignia metallic belt buckle on his uniform, his aquatic looking facial features - fantastic!

Pam
Thanks for the kind words about my entry. I agree that your puppet is great as well. I honestly would not want to be a judge for this contest.
@ Miguel - Not to worry Miguel, there is no disrespect in expressing an opinion. That is what the voting is for.
