Na,

I like your attitude and motivation level.....just go ahead and
plan some innovative ideas to get some puppetry work in the US.
I may not be the right person to advice since I am from Asia & no idea about
job opportunities in the West or Europe. Nevertheless, I would say your US visit
will decide and give inputs for your future course of action in your career...if something
good to happen it will happen whether you like it or not..that's the Philosophy we follow in
our country...so, I am sure there will be a RAINBOW at the end of the dark tunnel!!!!

Work hard and you will achieve your goal....just like A.R.Rehman who got 2 Oscars for his
music recently!!!

Cheers
Bhanu

You will regret it if you don't go and see......it will always be....What if.......?....What if......?....Life is full of risks and sometimes you need to take one to learn more about yourself and life.  I have learnt to take more risks and learn from the failures and run with the successes.

Go and risk a little......

Thanks Bhanu and Daryl - you're right, a little risk often pays off. Take the trip to Perth, if I hadn't taken the risk and gone, despite just being laid off, I would never have learned how to do a bunraku head, nor would I have discovered a love for shadow puppets!
