Yes it is used for car ceilings. You might be able to find it in a car service shop if they do body work or painting of cars. They may not have it for sale to the public but you may be able to find where they get it or convince them to sell or even give you a small piece.

Yes that's it I usually buy mine in upholstery shops. Sorry I am having difficulty with my camera. My computer does not want to recognise it.

you could even check places around you that re-upholster cars. tehy may have scrap you can have.
