Hi from Puppetry In Practice in New York Posted by pip on Nov 25, 2008
Hi I'm Juliana Cope, Multimedia Director at Puppetry In Practice and puppet lover also on my own time.  I wanted to put out some information about PIP for anyone who may be visited or interested in visiting NYC.

We have a small folklore and free puppet museum in Brooklyn NY and a resource center also in Brooklyn.  We welcome visitors, interns and visiting artists.  We mostly offer arts education residencies, but we also have graduate puppet classes that we offer through Brooklyn College.

Please check us out on the web www.puppetryinpractice.com and sign our guestbook if you are interested in receiving updates about our programs and offerings.
Site is Ok! Posted by Shawn on Nov 26, 2008
Some of our members reported that your site had a virus on it.  I contacted your webmaster and they took care of the problem.  I have now moved this thread back into the Introductions area.  Can't remember for sure where it was posted originally but Introductions is a good place for it.

Welcome to Puppets and Stuff Juliana!  Sorry for the inconvenience on your first post.

TAlk about a full service web site.  This site sets the standard.  You have a problem with your own site and our faith administrators help you take care of it.  Shawn, you truely go above and beyond the call.  Thank's for being such great friends.

Wow!  I wish I lived closer!!  I am going to be teaching a class for teachers called 'Why You SHOULD use puppetry in your classroom' and I would love to know what you include in your classes for educators.  Thanks for sharing!
