I hadn't seen the post before! Nice fish puppet. That would be a good model for what "Yesterdog" is looking for.

Thanks Mr. Fuller!

OOOOOO soooo cool.  LOVE the puppet thanks Mr fuller!  I definately will use the mouth plate instructions as I was wondering how to have the lower jaw jut out.  This is soooo much fun.  The only thing I regret is all the lost years NOT making puppets!!!!  Thanks for all for the replies you guys .The feedback makes it even more fun.  PS my real name is Doreen.

Doreen, When adapting the fish pattern all you should have to do is shorten the body part of the fish, or use the top of the head pattern, turned around and attached to the back of the head to give a more rounded body. Experiment with the pattern and have fun.

If you have any questions about the pattern, PM me and I'll give you a hand with it.

Thanks jomama!
I LOVE your fish!  I decided that I wanted to try and design my own pattern just to see if I could.  I posted pics in my gallery of how I did it.  Basically I made a sphere, didn't like it so I made another sphere but altered the shape of one of the wedges and now I like it so far.  Of course I have a ways to go yet.  I'm trying to get it to look like the sketch as best as I can.  A personal challenge.  I am really diggin this!
