SO glad that you decided on a church and will be able to be instrumental in getting a puppet team started!!  You are right - sometimes giving of yourself and your talents is more rewarding than giving money (and frankly it is sometimes more valuable!!)

I'm glad to see/hear that you are back. I'm sorry to hear about your hard times, but we grow strong in tribulations.  God has a purpose for moving you to N.C, you'll see.  Hang in there and I'll keep you and yesterdog in my prayers.  By the way, what area of NC are you in?  I know Jay stays in North Carolina. Billy and I live in South Carolina. Billy's in Greenwood I believe and I live in a small town called Camden.  NC is just a few hours from me, depending on where I'm going.  If you do decide to do some work shops or something keep us posted, I might be able to come to some.  Yesterdog what part of SC are planning on moving to?  I love both North and South Carolina.  You guys hang in there I know change is going to come.

Thank you for your message and prayers. I'm located in a small town called Zionville, which is about 15 miles or so North West of Boone. According to Google Maps, Its about 4 hours from Camden or Greenwood.

I'm glad you found a church you love.  Hubby and I float from one church to the other trying to find our home.  I'm sure we will.  Good news... I got a job!

It pays 1/3 of the old one but it is also three times more fun!  I am teaching pre-K to four year olds.  I've only worked one day but totally loved it.  I had no idea how much I missed little kids.  I couldn't stop hugging them. I was on the floor with them most of the day and can see I am going to go through the knees of my pants very quickly!  After working 20 years at a job I HATED it is nice to look forward to going to work tomorrow.

Seems as if there are quite a few puppet folk residing in SC! If I am not mistaken there is a puppet maker that lives near Greenwood ...    Now what was their name?
