Hello! My name is Nicole. I am new to this site and to puppet building.I stumbled across a "how to" video online and I fell in love. I am really glad to have found this site. I do need some help though.... I am trying to upload my own photo for my profile. I was able to upload a few photos to an album, but I can't seem to upload one to my forum profile thing. Every time I click "change settings", I lose the page! maybe I am missing something?    Thanks, Nicole

In this post click on your name ........... This will take you to your profile Summary. To the left side you will see some profile settings.......... click on Forum Profile information.
Once you have done that it will bring up a page *you have the option of a personalized picture  , *I have my own picture using a website url,* or I will upload my picture from my computer.

You will also notice at the bottom of the page you can tell a little about yourself in the description box. I hope I explained it correctly.

I'm glad someone posted this.  I wanted to post a picture of the butcher in my forum pic.  Every time I try to upload the picture I get a long load the nothing happens.  I know i'm doing it right because I used to have my flower puppet showing.  I ended up giving up on it.  I was going to ask Shawn but didn't notice anyone else having  issues so I thought it was something on my end.

It is possible that the image you where trying to upload was just to large for in file size for the system to handle.  If you think that may be the reason then try reducing the size of the file before you upload it. As the rule the program should return a message if an image is too large but in some cases if the overall system is overwhelmed by the size of the image it may not give you an error message.
