Hallo,

ze ziet er inderdaad als een echte dame uit. Iemand die fier is over haar uiterlijk. Je bent goed bezig!!!

Just wanted to reply in my own language... sorry, I translate: She looks like a real lady who is proud about the way she looks! You are doing great!

Thanks Johian,

I do miss sometimes to talk about the puppets in Dutch. Don't you think there aren't enough places in Holland or Belgium to chat about the puppets. Something like this forum.

Here you have a point, it's very hard to find info about puppets in our language. I think I will move to the USA... . Maybe we have to start up a Dutch forum

Johain and Dutch puppet,

Please feel free to use your own language when conversing with each other.  It is always nice to have the English translation along with it but we can always use an online translator if we want to know what you have said.   Anyone who speaks another language is welcome to do this also.

If you you think it would be helpful we could create forum areas that where marked as other languages.  It would be nice to have someone who speaks that language as a moderator for it though.

That sounds like a good idea Shawn. I'm very Happy to see we have a member based community that expands all over the world. Shawn can you give us a count of how many members are from each country?

I like to see you write in other languages................... that is a learning experience in it self. Cicero from Brazil chats with me and is teaching me some Portuguese words. So it is good to learn to communicate in different languages.

Thx Shawn for the offer, is a great idea... I'm sure it will be a open door for all those who aren't familiar with the english language.

Billy... as I am a teacher I will come over to teach you the dutch language

Hi,

I really like the offer of a dutch corner on the forum. A lot of people on my workshop don't speak or write English that easy that they would go on a English forum. Therefor a dutch version or a dutch corner would make this information much more approachable for those people. I really think here in Holland there is a big market for puppets, puppet building and all the other stuff that comes with it. The workshops are a great example for it!I have a group of puppetbuilders each month! And the people who want to make these puppets is various. There are teachers, people who help kids in trouble and yesterday I've had a women who takes care of little children before they go to the operating room. She made a real nice Doctor!

But the results of the other ones are also great!

And today I received the wigs which I bought now (it is soon Carnaval here!).Amazing how different a puppet can look with different hair. Look at Frency with a flower power hair look:

Johian if you are looking for great wigs for a fair price (5 euro per wig!!!) you should go to ABC Karnaval, this is a shop in party-supplies in your country! It's in Menen Belgium! http://www.abckarnaval.com/abckarnaval.asp I really like many wigs of them! And they deliver within one day!
