WOW, that's one fantastic puppet. Job well done, it was a real pleasure to view the photo's. Huge Peanut fan here and was just wondering do you have a dirty old sneaker for his left foot? If not I'm sure one of the good people at P&S will be able to help you out.

Hi!  I haven't been on in a while because of some changes in my life...I'm now head supervisor at our Christian school.  It all happened in the middle of January, so I've had to pick up, and run things from there.
Anyways, I was just wondering about building the mouthplates.  I've built many puppets, but all have been from patterns, or adjusted patterns.  I did make the monkey pictured here, and the foam pieces were added to the head.  Unfortunately, it seems that the mouthplate is kind of difficult to move...stiff (?).  Has anyone had that problem building a puppet from scratch, and what am I doing wrong?
Tsu, this puppet is beautiful!  What a wonderful job!  Does his mouth plate work well, or is it stiff also?
Thanks for your imput, guys!

Peanut fan? Welcome to my "club", then! *five* *five* :D
I'm totally in love with this puppet (as you can see anyway :D)

Ehhh, *my* Peanut lost his shoe, unfortunately. He tried to find it somewhere but with no results. He found blue one but was not interested in it --- he turned his nose up at that one, he insisted on red sneaker! Are you able to help him somehow? But he would not be happy of recently used one.

Haha.

To be more serious --- I was not looking for a red shoe very hard, so that's why Peanut has not any shoe at the moment. When I finally decided to look for shoes in kids shop, could not find anything appropriate. :/

I wanted to post some picture of Peanut and me, but still do not have any good one. I promise I will take it someday.
I have something like that at the moment:

OK, it's time to refresh this thread a bit.

My Peanut met Jeff Dunham in London.
A LOT has happened that day and since then I do not believe in a coincidence any more.

...and day after a performance he was enjoying the sun, hehe.
People were staring at me and Peanut (guess why? ) and *we* were an entertainment for them during our *walk* and *photo session* then, I suppose.

I can't wait for for the ending.....You are great at building suspense for us all.......are you going to tour with Jeff and become the off stage guardian for Peanut......he looks like the one that would get into trouble? LOL

Tell us...tell us....BTW congrats at meeting him, what an honor....I am sure you stood out among the crowd with his twin brother. LOL
