I constructed the hat from scratch.  Most of the little details I made from sculpy clay.  He has some gold teeth a hand crafted pistol that I made from foam and sculpy.  He is made from antipil fleece from Joann's fabrics.  Skeleton ring on his middle finger (plastic).
