The Pattern and Kit seems reasonable. Are you getting the money back you have put in to the finished puppet at $25........................ that would be the only thing I would question.

Well, I thought about going with $30, but she's so little, that I don't want people to be turned off. These are beginners that really don't understand the cost of puppets. ;-)
As far as supplies, I will probably only be putting in $5 - $8 at the most, depending on the puppet.
And for time, I think I can whip one up in about 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. or so.

I think $40 is more the range you should shoot for. Just my opinion.

I agree with Jon......your time is valuable no matter if you enjoy doing it or not.....you need to compensate for this time with money.
BTW your puppet is very cute and hope your workshop and the sell of these kits/puppets go very well for you.

Wow... materials must be so much cheaper in the US. To sell a puppet kit like that, it would cost about $60 - 100.

Thanks guys,
Maybe I will have to go with more then.
Do you think the pattern and kit prices are OK? Pattern $10 & Kit $15.

What is the cost of materials? Then figure out what is a fair price above the materials price that would compensate for preparing the materials and the kits themselves. Then figure out what is a fair price for your valuable time. People will either want to buy the kit or not......the price is not a big deal (unless it is a way over priced) I think they are worth a bit more each so that you can justify your time away from friends and family putting them together.
Just my thoughts.......

I teach workshops too and have been charging $60 for a kit. I am getting ready to increase the price. This is a little bigger puppet than the one you show.
How much would you sell the finished puppet for?
Are you charging a fee to teach plus the cost of the kit, or is the kit and fee inclusive? You have to figure your time to gather materials, cut out the fabric (if you pre cut) put it all together, plus your expertise (which is very valuable). Also, would these people buy puppets form you if you did not show them how to make them? If so, you are hurting yourself by charging to
little.
I think you are way to cheap.
