Make up the eye glass lenses on your computer and print out on overhead transparency film. Spray mount the film (printed side down) to white craft foam and trim. Edge sides of white foam in black sharpie marker. Use black craft foam to cut out the nose bridge and ear pieces and hot glue to the eye glass lenses. Voila!

Love those eyes they look so professional and you seem to use regular materials to make them......very impressive......I am sure the receiver will be very impressed with your work.
