I look to your site,  its great , you are doing a lot of stuff that I want to do here in Holland. Puppetsgroups aren't common here in churches..........

Thanks for the kind words.  And Gompie - today we have the first practice with our puppeteers for the Dutch puppet theatre show - poppekast.  I will keep everyone posted on how that goes.  My vent partner - Lily - is getting an authentic Dutch Costume, a girl's Groningen costume.  I have a women's Groningen costume (where my grandmother came from) and Lily and I will be introducing the puppet shows and explaining things a bit. We are going to choose between a few different scripts - we may save the Jan Klassen Cures the King till next year. I will be sure to post pictures during the performances as well as the before and after pictures of the puppets.  The ones we will be using this year are quite old and need to be re-made.  My son had been hired to re-build them but he will not be able to do it until June.  So we have to use the old ones this year .
I can't wait to see what he does with them!!
