What a nice looking puppet! It reminds me of a main character in 'Sesame Tree' , Hilda the Irish Hare (An Irish production that acts very similar to Sesame Street, even using old clips of Sesame Street at points!)
Well done!

Billy, I'd love to just be able to add a few more photos of the rabbit (when I take them)
Vampire Wombat, I thought about whiskers but they are not a priority and I'm a little pushed for time.
Miguel Yes a lion was going to be my next project but easter hijacked that, guess I'd need whiskers then huh! There's a blacklight lion I've seen in the gallery here on Puppets and stuff that I LOVE but I'm planning something a little different. Thinking an afro mane and dark glasses, cool cat.
Sonny, thanks it means a lot from you, I'll keep the photos coming if I can. I can always use somewhere like flicker or facebook and post a link.
Bhanu Yes the flat, "craft eyes" were a quick stopgap to let me visualise a face. The eyes are styrofoam covered in old T-Shirt material. I have a tutorial up on how I do that now, it covers the Styrene texture and makes them easier to sew on, which is easier to fix than glue if you make a mistake.
LJ I think the body is letting him down a bit, but hey I'm learning a lot and it's just something to mount the head on and I'm happy with how that's coming along.
Darryl and Chris he has been dubbed "Acubunny by some I work with! I started using so many pins after reading the tutorials on http://swazzle.com/blogs/2006/03/puppet-building-tutorial-ratchet.html This method of applying fabric was used for the ears and the legs and arms (yet to post photos of those) a fried who is a tailor (and given me a lot of advice!) says that method is known as "draping"
Gompie: I got the round head pattern from Billy (Billy D Fuller, see above)
http://puppetsandstuff.com/community/index.php?action=gallery&g2_itemId=5992
I printed "andrews round head pattern" as is (no adjustments/actual size) on A3 paper and that's the size it came out. I've also made the finger grips incredibly tight, there are foam panels over the fingers and foam ridges underneath. I did this for small inexperienced fingers but am enjoying the positive feeling my self! The body (No pics yet) is made from the Bashfull puppets pattern
http://bashfulpuppet.blogspot.com/2008/07/head-pattern.html
but i glued the mouth shut and cut a hole in the top, it is not quite as round a pattern and gluing the mouth shut distorts it a bit too. It was too tight though and the body was going to turn with my arm (though perhaps not with my daughters arm) so I put another panel in the back and lined it with satin (like a suit jacket is lined to make it easier to put on). I've made legs which I like so I'm determined to use them although I don't think they're really right for the size of the body.
There is no trial of this on a two year old yet either!
Monster I'll have to look for that on You tube!
Thanks everyone gotta go
More soon

Steve,
You should have more then enough room for your images. I'll double check the limits.

Thanks Shaun, My quota panel has certainly jumped quite a bit. Sorry to comment on it but it's such a visual hobby it is nice to be able to post more pictures. Now I've just got to take a few more!
Thanks again

Ok he's mostly done and Mini Miss Me took possession of her rabbit today (Basil Bunny).
I'd still like to add pads to his paws and an arm rod but...
This doesn't show his two tone legs but I'll work on more pics soon.
