Our puppet team has them, we got them from One Way Street. They are great for our traveling shows. Other than that, there is NO comparison to the 400 watt blacklights that we also have and are mounted in our church. The LED's do not have the color range/spectrum that the others have. They are also brighter/hotter than the 400w. If you are looking for compact and portable, go LED. If you want excellent colors and a more natural look, invest in the larger 400w blacklights.

I did a web search on LED blacklights and found them much cheaper than OWS (same brand), a little over $100 each.
The cannons (400 watt) are around $75.00 each.
Guess it depends on what you want them for. The LEDs are great for us. Much better than the 18" ones we had in the puppet stage (although we used those for years).

Sorry, I forgot to add the info. LOL Both of these are Chauvet brand.
I got the LEDS from TLSinc.com. I bought them through their Ebay store. With shipping, two of them were $277.00.
The company that had the cannons were also on ebay and I cannot find them. I did find them at Venue Supply for $419 for 2.
Amazon.com has a blacklight floodlight (400 watt) for $154.00
