I'd be interested in purchase or pattern (if not too costly).  It would be for preschool dental programs.  Google search didn't turn up much.  Anyone have any ideas?

Have you considered looking for a tooth plush pattern and modifying that? If that doesn't work, I'm sure I could either make a tooth puppet or design a pattern you could use.
