Yes of course it is puppetry!
No more different then sticking a sock on your hand or painting a mouth on it. You are manipulating inanimate objects to create a character in a story.

For sure it is puppetry and it was great.....I was actually trying to do some of the moves and it is pretty hard to do. Thanks Billy for the find.
