I think they turned out pretty good VW.  What do you not like about them? Is it just that they are not as vivid in color?  BTW there is a differance in types of color used in print programs.  RGB and CMYK.  CMYK is for printing and RGB is for computer screens.  http://www.printernational.org/rgb-versus-cmyk.php   You might need to convert your colors to CMYK to get better color.

How can you glue the round pupils to the rounded spoons without the material / paper folding or rippling around the edges?

Shawn - It may be something you can't see in the pictures. The watercolor pencils caused some of the ink from printing to go away and didn't blend well at all. If I try them again, I'll make sure the wet the pencils themselves.
I think I forgot some info too. I didn't print the eyes out in color at all since my color printer is such low quality (printer/scanner combo purchased because it was cheaper than buying a standalone scanner). I just used the gray template I had and then colored using watercolor pencils.


LuckyCat - I just used Mod Podge as my glue. Using it or a thinner glue (like Elmer's glue instead of Tacky Glue) should make the paper a little damp and able to conform to the shape of your eye base. Just use your finger to gently smooth it.

The eyes turned out great Vampire......I am not sure what you don't like about them?

It's probably something that in the picture looks like glare from my flash or something. It's not absolutely horrible, but it does make it where I wouldn't use this particular set of eyes on a puppet. But no big loss, they are just spoons after all. lol
