Here is a crocodile puppet I made for a commercial announcing our Vacation Bible School. It was made using the Nip-n-tuck method with no pattern. He has a "posable" right arm and the finger pointing from his left arm was made to mimic the drawings used in the VBS material. Hope I can add the photos. I you don't see them, I failed.

It looks like a Caiman (That is Spanish name for crocodile species. Is a bigone than the regular crocodile)

Also, the eyes were taken from one of Daryl's webcasts. They were large fishing bobbers.
