You are lucky, I printed it back then when I discovered it. I can try to scan my pages and send them to you! If you want an idea of what it looks like first, its my scarecrow that you see in my avatar. If you still want it, just send me a pm and I will start my scanning :D The images will not be perfect, my printer back then was acting up. But you will get a general idea.

I just created a folder in my gallery with all the scans available in them. If some of you find them too small to read, just let me know and I will see what I can do. Since this topic seems to come often into the discussions, I thought It was a good idea to share the knowledge to all.
