Looks like you figured out the Gallery. It is true that the more you post the more "room" you get for your photos. The image for your profile has to be under a specific size both in file size and dimensions. I can't remember the limit on file size off hand but the dimension limit is 125 X 125.

I agree with what everyone else has said about how the puppets are made, but will also add that the better the fit of the puppet to your arm (that is, the less of a gap between your arm and the puppet's body/neck), the easier it is to both transfer the movement of your arm/hand to the puppet, and the less likely the puppet will flop around when you don't want it to.

Welcome to P&S...the best thing is start using the
puppets so then you can devise your own way of sorting this
problem. We have some wonderful people in P&S ready to
help & solve your problems. Try what others have advised.
Reg posting pics...try some softwares that reduces the
image while uploading. One such is Irfan view that is
a free download software..try if you can from
www.irfanview.com
